IT'S MORE THAN JUST LEARNING ABOUT THE CORE...IT'S RE-LEARNING HOW THE BODY MOVES
Being asked to use your core in any form of exercise is nothing new. But seldom are we truly taught how to use the core, what it feels like when we use the core, and that everything is an extension of the core.

HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN CORE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS LEVEL 2: APPLYING THE PRINCIPLES...
It's all about filling in the gaps. At a seminar several years ago I listened to a gentelman discussing fitness and movement and he brought up the idea that every fitness modality, every style of teaching has its gaps and once you realize this you can then do what need to be done to fill those gaps and do what you do now, even better. I came to the realization after that seminar that my teachings had gaps, and yoga has gaps, Pilates has gaps, everything has gaps! And you can either teach with holes in your pants our you can sew them up. Do you really need new pants or just a needle and thread and a little time and effort?
When I stepped outside the yoga whrelm and saught out other trainings and approaches to movement and the body I not only began to fill my gaps but I began to sew on sequens, glitter and fun new fabrics!... And when I did this, my pants not only looked better they fit better too.
Core Functional Fitness Level 2: Applying the Principles is just that! Not just filling your gaps but helping your pants to look and fit better too!
So level one we set the foundation for understanding where our core is, why it matters, how to cue our core, posture perfect alignment, CFF's foundational principles, what is healthy, plus dozens of core based moves that rock the principle: STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN SIMULTANEOUSLY!
I have been teaching for fifteen years now and within those fifteen years I have taken a lot of trainings and attended a plethora of courses and seminars. And after taking one particular seminar on health and whole body fitness from Lenny Parracino I started to see my practice and teaching in yet again another new light. He posed to the attendees the idea of everything having gaps and it is our job as teachers to fill those gaps to best serve our students. After that seminar I went home and really looked at my practice and teaching and did in fact see those gaps.
The gaps that had been leaving me scratching my head trying to figure out how to help my students beyond the mat, the gaps that were leaving me unable to answer questions about poses, movements and alignment beyond stock responses like "that's normal" or "just try a different pose".
I humbled myself and realized that everything has gaps and I would only continue to do my students and myself a disservice if I continued to teach the way I was teaching. Core Functional Fitness Method was created out of need-need to help myself and need to better help my students and other teachers like you.
Core Functional Fitness Applying the Principles is the neddle and thread to the hole in your yoga pants, you don't need new pants, you just need good solid thread and a sharp needle to patch up the holes. And if your interested add a little bling and of course some glitter as well.
Pelvic-Core Dysfunction is real and affects both women and men... and yes it also affects even the most fit too.

I am Hope Zvara...Creator of Core Functioal Fitness
I've been teaching in the yoga and fitness industry for fifteen years now and after the first few years I started to realize that my teaching had gaps in it.
I started to realize more and more that I was teaching poses, trying to shove my students bodies into them, and when it didn't work, when they had issues, questions, or concerns, I didn't have an actual answer other than what I was told: "that's normal" or "it gets better" or my favorite "just do a different variation".
But the only problem with that was WHY was this happening in the first place. And I had no clue.
After extensive yoga training and Pilates training I still felt I was not able to really help my students help themselves. I taught a mean asana practice, but I wanted to know more of the in's and out's of the body and how we acutally move, not how asanas were performed hundreds of years ago by people that don't even live like we do in today's modern world.
Core Functional Fitness was a birthing of me venturing outside the yoga community and actually leanring about the body, biomechanics, fasica, acutal movement and then coming back to my mat and asking myself how can I merge the two?
It worked, and Core Functional Fitness by Hope Zvara (R) was born.
